OAO Oil Company LUKOIL (LUKOIL) is the leader of the Russian oil industry in exploration, production, refining and marketing of petroleum products. LUKOIL lubricants controls the manufacture of more than 40% of all lubricants produced in Russia, amounting to around 1.2 million tones, and markets these products in more than 20 countries across the globe.
LUKOIL acquired Getty Petroleum Marketing in 2000. Getty serves retail customers through approximately 1,300 gasoline stations located in 13 Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic states. Getty is also a marketer of heating oil in New York Mid-Hudson Valley and is a wholesale distributor of a variety of petroleum products through its East Coast petroleum storage and distribution network.
